How do I care for my crochet accessories?

We recommend gently hand washing your crochet accessories using cold water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or harsh scrubbing to help maintain their shape and quality. After washing, reshape and let them air dry naturally.

Can I request a custom crochet design?

Absolutely!

We specialize in handmade custom crochet commissions, including anime characters, fan art, animals, and personalized gift ideas.

To start a custom order, simply send us your idea with as many details as possible (character, colors, style, size, etc.). We will confirm the design details with you before starting production.

Once the order is confirmed and production begins, changes may be limited due to the handmade nature of our work.

We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction before shipping.

Processing Time

Each creation is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Our processing time usually takes 1–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our creations worldwide and overseas ! Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
• Express shipping: 5–10 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link, so you can easily follow your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping notification. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you do not receive your tracking information, or if you believe your order may be delayed or missing, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you and update you on your order status.

Undeliverable Orders

Because all of our crochet items are handmade and often custom-made, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once payment is completed, as each piece is made specifically for you.

Can I Cancel or Amend My Order?

If you get in touch with us immediately, we’ll do our best to fulfill your request.

However, as we process orders quickly to get them started as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel or amend your order depending on the stage it is at when we receive your request.

If this is the case, we will still do our best to support you and find the best possible solution.

Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. In this case, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request any changes.

If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier may return the parcel to the local carrier facility (if applicable). We will then contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
